Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel; it is used to describe the energy points in your body. Everything is energy including the human body. Energy that stays “open” and aligned affects our emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. In chakra art, you allow your body to express the energy of each of your chakras. Crystal bowls will envelop your body in a sound bath of chakra frequencies to clear your energies and give you balance.
