About this Event
Stewards of the Wild Dallas Chapter is excited to announce the return of a member favorite event: A Wild Game and Wine Pairing Evening featuring Chef Kristin Brooke Parma. This event is for the ladies of the Dallas Chapter and non-member ladies within the Dallas community!
Mix and mingle and as we enjoy carefully selected local wines from Dallas Local, Times Ten Cellars, paired delightfully with spring-inspired wild game hors d'oeuvres. The menu for the evening will include duck spring rolls, wild javelina meatballs with red wine barbeque sauce, fried quail marinated in white wine with chimichurri, venison sausage stuffed baby bella mushrooms with roasted pistachios and herb crumbles, venison backstrap crostini with mesquite bean jelly, and crème brulé for dessert.
Times Ten Cellars, a local Dallas winery and vintner, will be providing wine for the evening with a professional sommelier to guide and suggest the perfect wine for each course.
Tickets to the event include:
o Chef Kristin Brooke Parma’s hors d'oeuvres and dessert
o sommelier-led wine pairing education
o a preview of Upland Bespoke Spring/Summer 2024 apparel collection
o a chance to win a wild game inspired kitchen bundle including some of Chef Kristin's favorite wild game recipes, a signed copy of Chef Jesse Griffith's new book, The Turkey Book: A Chef's Journal of Hunting and Cooking America's Bird and several other goodies from the Dallas chapter sponsors
