Sorrenteaux Boards - Spring Charcuterie Workshop

Join us for a Spring inspired Charcuterie Workshop at Sorrenteaux Boards in Lakeview!

Ashley, Food Stylist and owner of Sorrenteaux Boards, will guide you step-by-step through the process of her "Boarding Basics", show you how to assemble a "salami rose", and how to use cookie cutters to add Spring flair to your charcuterie boards!

The class will last approximately 90 minutes and will start promptly at 3:15 pm at the new Sorrenteaux Boards location on Allen Toussaint Blvd. All artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, a small jar of Bee Seasonal honey, accoutrements, a butterfly cookie cutter, packaging, a glass of wine or seasonal Sangria, and light snacks will be provided with an individual ticket. The beautiful creation is yours to take home at the end of the class, and will serve 4-6 (the size of our Medium Board). You will also learn Ashley's tips & tricks for taking pictures of your beautiful boards, how to serve them, and will receive a 15% off coupon for your next Sorrenteaux Boards order!
