About this Event
The Winter Solstice is the perfect time to hibernate, rest and to get back in touch with our natural rhythms and restore balance within our bodies.
The shortest day and the longest night of the year is an opportunity to reflect and release before we begin the next cycle of the evenings becoming lighter again. Allow yourself to pause and rest deeply. To be nurtured by soothing sounds.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in your space and bring a yoga mat, a blanket and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable.
