An Evening Sound Bath to carry you into a deep relaxation, letting the soothing sounds and tones wash over you, promoting balance, peace and calm.Give yourself the gift of a peaceful nights reset.
Relax, Breathe, and Bathe in Sound.
Sound baths are powerful practices that promote inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. Each session includes a sound bath using a selection of different instruments, with guided breathwork and meditation.
This Session will be a Chakra Sound Bath, aiding to balance the 7 main Chakras.
What to bring with you & what to wear ~
- Mats and blankets are provided. (Please feel free to bring your own).
- If you would like to bring a pillow for comfort, please do.
- A bottle of water.
- Eye Pillow if you have one or a face cloth to cover the eyes. (This is personal preference and optional).
- Please wear comfortable warm clothing.

The door will open 5 minutes before so you can get settled before the session begins.
