An invitation to lie down, get cosy and relax. Take this time for yourself, allowing the soothing sounds and vibrations of resonant instruments (Himalayan and crystal bowls, chimes and more) guide you on a meditative journey into deep relaxation.
If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, overworked, or just in need of some self-care, then a sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced and calm. Sound baths can improve sleep, help lower stress, reduce pain, and may also enhance the body’s healing process.
All welcome, come as you are.
Please bring a yoga/camping mat, warm blanket, pillow and anything else to make yourself as comfortable, cosy and warm as possible. You may also like to bring water and a eye pillow/mask if you have one.
