Soo Bahk Do Tots
Ages 4-6: Focus on discipline while having fun at the same time developing core techniques hidden in games.
Soo Bahk Do Youth
Ages 7-12: Focus on confidence, discipline, flexibility and physical fitness for those active and who may need extra encouragement.
Soo Bahk Do Family
Age 7 and up: Great opportunity to bond with your kids and have fun working out together.
Jiu Jitsu Youth
Ages 5-12: Incorporate self dense and Jiu Jitsu techniques with physical games and exercise.
Jiu Jitsu Adult
Ages 12 and up: Focus on self defense and traditional Jiu Jitsu takedowns and ground defense.
