Sony Hall combines historic New York character with modern Sony technology, including 360 Reality Audio, advanced lighting, and immersive special effects. Originally opened in 1938 as the Diamond Horseshoe, the venue has evolved into a distinctive entertainment space while retaining much of its original design.

Due to Sony Hall’s location near Times Square, all guests must pass NYPD security screening on December 31. A printed ticket is mandatory. Guests without one cannot pass the NYPD checkpoint.
