SONORAN SAKE MASTER CLASS AT OSITO’S TAP
About this Event
NAMI Sake is crafted in Culiacán, Sinaloa, using Yamada-nishiki rice. Throughout the evening, we'll explore three distinct styles of sake and how their individual aromas, textures and flavors interact with each course while diving into how Japanese Imigrants over the years helped to inspire Sianloan cuisine and fusion.
