Sonoma Uplifts the Unhoused Community

Community members of all ages are welcome to build Hygiene kits to be distributed by HomeFirst's Outreach teams. These kits are often the first step to building trust and help people experiencing homelessness connect to programs and services to help them find housing and stay housed. This small gesture is a way for the community to make a big impact.

Before October 25th, purchase essential hygiene items through HomeFirst's wishlist, or on your own with the list below. Then, on October 25th, join us at the Sonoma Community Center to assemble the kits and learn how you are uplifting our community with HomeFirst.

• Lotion

• Toothbrush
• Lip Balm
• Comb
• Disposable razor
• Deodorant
