The renowned Cologne-based collective Soniq is the guest of the Kasemattentheater. For this unique evening, the group presents its
‘Literature & Spoken Word’ project in the form of a narrative concert featuring texts by the actress and singer Sascha
Ley and the poet Mitch Heinrich, performed by the authors themselves.
Inspired by the novel “Victory City” by the Indo-British author Salman Rushdie, the music, the stories in English and the poetry in German place a magical, feminist India at the heart of this exceptional evening.
