Sonic Yin & Mindfulness Workshop with Fiona Heffernan
Friday, 15 August ~ 7:30pm-9:30pm // €30

This 2 hrs Sonic Yin & mindfulness practice is designed to bring you on a journey and to invite the mindfulness of stillness into your whole being. We will begin with a Yin yoga practice to unpeel layers of stress and tightness. We will work through the muscles, joints, and the connective tissue; there will also be a focus on effects from a TCM (Traditional Chinese medicine) point of view and how these shapes stimulate the meridian lines and organs of the body.
Resting in Savasana will be the time to receive the sound part of the session, and let the frequencies from the gong, crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments move through you, bringing you deeper into meditative state, allowing for deep rest, and rejuvenation.
