Known as the “Food of the Gods,” cacao is used to expand awareness, release emotional blocks, and bring warmth to our hearts. With each sip, we connect more fully to ourselves, others, and the sacred energies surrounding us, creating a safe and loving foundation for the healing sounds to come.From here, we move into the Sound Journey—a progression of powerful sound healing instruments, each with unique frequencies that reach deep within to release, restore, and rejuvenate.

The experience includes:

✨ Crystal Sound Bowls – The crystalline tones of these bowls resonate through the body, cleansing stagnant energy, promoting relaxation, and aligning the chakras to support overall balance.

✨ Native American Flute & Drum Journey – The grounding rhythm of the drum combined with the ethereal notes of the flute creates a profoundly calming experience. These ancient sounds help us connect with our inner landscape, grounding us and fostering a spiritual connection with the Earth.
