Join us for an immersive afternoon of healing sound and sacred vibration — a unique meditative journey guided by the intuitive tones of live vocal toning and the ambient currents of electric guitar.

We’ll guide you through gentle breathing exercises and transition from a guided meditation into soothing ambient music, ending with a rejuvenating gentle standing movement meditation.
This is a time to rest, receive, and reconnect — no experience needed, simply come to be supported by sound.
