In a "Sonic Crystal Reiki" Sound Bath, hear magical musical notes mostly played from Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls, combined with the healing art of Crystal Reiki, to promote states of Meditation and Deep Relaxation. Chakra Healing Crystals will be used on each attendee during the session, bringing the body and its energy centers back to balance and harmony.
What to expect from a Sonic Crystal Reiki Sound Bath...
While remaining fully clothed, you will be asked to lie down in a comfortable position on a mat on the floor, as soothing musical sounds and massaging vibrations created from Tibetan Singing Bowls promote you to relax and guide you into a state of meditation.
Musical Notes played from the Tibetan Singing Bowls are meant to cleanse and balance the mind, energy and spirit. When placed directly on the body, the weight of the Tibetan Singing Bowls will send Massaging Sound Vibrations throughout the body, releasing blockages and tension held in muscles, joints and vital organs.
In addition, Healing Crystals (semi-precious gemstones) will be placed around and/or directly on the body, intended to balance, recharge and harmonize the body and its energy centers (Chakras) back to optimal states of being.
Leave a Sonic Crystal Reiki Sound Bath feeling more centered and relaxed, more creative and emotionally awakened with any pain, tension or anxiety felt before the session greatly reduced.
No meditation experience is required. All you have to do during a Sonic Crystal Reiki Sound Bath is just lie down, relax and be open to receiving the sounds and massaging vibrations from Tibetan Singing Bowls and let the Healing Crystals be placed on or near your body.
This is a full intensive healing 2-hour long group sound bath session. Each session will max out at 6 people so that more personal attention can be given to each attendee and they can receive and experience more healing benefits from the session.
1 Yoga Mat/Rug + 1 Towel will be provided for each attendee. Must bring personal pillow/blanket if needed. Shirt required for attendance. Attendees must remain fully clothed during the session.
Please keep/bring minimal personal belongings. Management will not be responsible for any personal belonging lost/stolen.
No walk-ins preferred. Can pay at door 1 hour before session if spacing is available. Space is very limited. Preregistration online is the only guaranteed reservation. Cancellations must be received 24 hrs before session time for refund request. Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable.
All current NYC Covid-19 city guidelines will be followed.
All group sessions are video recorded by the Management. By attending you agree to be recorded. Management may use the video recordings at their own discretion.
