Sonic Sauna is an experimental sound, ritual & energy alchemy experience led by Diviner Quinn LeFae & Sound Wizard Nate Powers at Psanctum Thrift on 2nd Thursdays!The theme for this month is: "Contact with the Council of Light". For this session we're joined by Amanda Gail, Professional Medium. Amanda will be collaborating with us to help facilitate & anchor the frequencies of the Council of Light - beings from the angelic & star ancestor realms.

These group healing sessions will help you connect with self, spirit & community. By going through the processes together, we can activate deeper layers of healing in our mental, physical, emotional & spiritual bodies.

Sonic Sauna is a highly participatory & depthful experience. You will be guided through practices that develop energy awareness & energy hygiene through movement, breathwork, guided meditation, community ritual & a live digital/analog sound bath. The practices taught will range from beginner to intermediate level.

All of these practices & sounds are focused on the theme of the month. This month's theme centers around ceremony with the Council of Light. Amanda Gail will be anchoring the Angel Frequencies & Quinn LeFae will be anchoring the Star Ancestor Frequencies.
We will lead a guided meditation & invocation, followed by an intentional group ritual & healing process with the assistance of these energies, ending with a high frequency sound bath to anchor the energies of these higher realms into our bodies & the body of the earth.
It's recommended to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session as this is necessary self care while doing energy work. You may wish to bring a journal to make notes of any insights you have during the session. It's also recommended to bring extra comfy support for yourself to assist you in sitting for a long session such as yoga mats or back jacks. We provide floor pillows.
Entrance fee is $15-$25 through our ticket link.

The practices you do & sounds you hear in these sessions are cleansing & purifying to your energy body & nervous system. It’s possible to experience symptoms of healthy psycho/physical/spiritual detox during & after the journey.
Some of these symptoms may include:
-Feelings of resistance
-Discomfort
-Emotional processing
-Challenging thoughts
-Physical release through tears, yawning, gas, sweat, bowel movements, etc.
These are all normal responses to moving stagnant energy & confronting your inner world. By allowing that which is hidden to come to the surface to be felt & processed, we engage in energetic shadow work. This is a safe container to hold whatever arises during your journey without judgment.
Occasionally throughout the sound bath shamanic energy clearing tools such as rattles, feathers, incenses & hydrosols will be used to assist the transmutation of energy in the space.

Sonic Sauna aims to share tools to bring more harmony into day to day life as well as cultivate deeper connections with the more-than-human realm through a diverse spectrum of consciousness work & healing modalities.
Some modalities we'll be experiencing & practicing in these group sessions include sound bath therapy, energy medicine, guided meditation, focused group intent, group ritual, divination, somatic release & nervous system regulation practices.
