SONIC REIKI RESTORATIVE with NIDRA, Reiki and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and medicine drum. This is a great, gentle restorative yoga session that you won’t want to miss. Sherri Keenan (Reiki Master/Shaman), will expertly guide everyone through a restful restorative yoga class and sacred (sleep) known as Yoga Nidra, while Jim Red Sky (Reiki Master/Shaman), accompanies with the appropriate chakra tuned soothing tones. After sounding combinations of tones to open healing gateways, Sherri will offer the Slow Yoga, Meditation and Reiki channeling. The frequency of the chakra tuned Crystal Singing Bowls will enhance the effectiveness by helping to open the chakras and deeply relax the mind, ligaments and muscles from within. You are encouraged to experience this combination of meditation in Savasana, sacred sound, candlelight, aromatherapy and stillness designed to honor your entire Self fully.
