Sonic Meditation -The Magic of '7' (Rattle, Rhythm, Resonate, Ring - Rest, Receive, Remember)

On 10/14/2026, the date itself adds up to 7, the number of the seeker, the mystic, the one who turns inward. Join us for an immersive sonic meditation built around this number: seven rattles, seven drums, seven bowls, and seven tuning forks, each one a doorway into stillness.
We begin with rattles to shake loose what's ready to go, then journey through the rhythmic heartbeat of the drums and the long, luminous tones of the bowls. We close with the clear, bright ring of tuning forks, settling the body into wholeness.
Yoga mats, eye masks, blankets and a limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for your comfort. (Chairs must be reserved in advance.) Participants are welcomed to bring their own comfort gear. A journaling prompt handout will be provided.
