Please join us for an evening of group vocal improvisation based on Pauline Oliveros’s Sonic Meditations. These are playful and energizing sound exercises and explorations that are open to anyone. It is a practice of Deep Listening where there are no wrong notes. group improvisation based around breath and sound. It helps to cultivate community, self-awareness and emotional health.
