Welcoming you to our big Autumn Sound affair :) 2 hours of a Sound Bath Journey, facilitated by 2 people, with both amplified and acoustic instruments plus FX, some not seen in the Sound Bath remit before. Here we journey into Autumn. The room is dressed and lit to suit the season with projections to send you off into the woods this time. Here we push the boundary of what the Sound Bath experience could be.....
New compositions and nods are given to our sound influences. Sometimes with re works to what influenced us, sometimes to our own sound.
A short meditation is specifically written for this event, then we traverse a Sonic Landscape to take you to places within yourself, for your drifting and journeying pleasure. Filling the air will be Seasonal Aromatherapy oils to support your inward travels. Readings to suit the season are also given for inner contemplation.
At the end after a very relaxing affair, seasonal sweet nibbles will be provided, to help you come to. You can stay, chat, ask questions...or just be, before you drift out of the door. We all end up different people at the end...hopefully more at peace with ourselves, rested, grounded for the year ahead :)
This event takes place on 6/10/24 between 3pm - 5pm at Weeley Village Hall. It costs £20 pre booked and paid in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.
Please bring with you a mat, blanket and a couple of cushions and dress for deep rest! PJs are welcomed :) A mat can be provided, please reserve on booking. Also bring a drink of choice. As stated, sweet seasonal nibbles will be provided on day, but if you have any specific dietary requirements, then best bring your own.
