Participating is effortlessly simple. As a participant, all you need to do is show up and either lay down (in most cases) or, for some, assume a meditative posture or sit in a chair. An array of sounds, emanating from multiple expansive healing gongs, precious metal Himalayan Singing Bowls, Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Healing Drums & Percussion, Native American Flute, Heartfelt Vocal toning/chanting, and the enchanting Hand Pan, guides you on a one-of-a-kind journey.
