Join me (Jen) for Sonic Bliss — a guided rest experience designed to feel like a supported, full-body nap… without needing to fall asleep.
As a Nap Facilitator, I use sound to help your nervous system downshift out of “on” mode and into something calmer, steadier, and more sustainable.
Through gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and gentle rhythms, you’ll be guided into a state where your body can finally stop bracing and start resting.
This isn’t about zoning out or “doing relaxation right.”
It’s about giving your system permission to soften — even if you’re not great at slowing down.
Many people describe it as:
• a mental reset
• a deep exhale they didn’t realize they needed
• the most rested they’ve felt all week
You’ll be lying down, supported, eyes closed if you want, letting the sound do the work. No effort required.
