If you’re a worship leader, a songwriter, a sound engineer, record producer, DJ, vocalist, or audio aficionado then this songwriting retreat is for YOU. We will write together, perform for one another, collaborate, give critique, take notes, and explore the theological and cultural underpinnings of composition and performance.
You will learn:
* How to find and produce new voices in worship and the arts.
* How to give and receive helpful, meaningful critique.
* How to think more deeply about scripture, reflect more inquisitively upon the Christian life, and bring these new insights to bear in your music.
* How to build songs step-by-step, as both a solo and ensemble artist.
* How to depressurize the creative process and cultivate both your passion and your skills.
