Lo Stone is a singer-songwriter who lives in St. Louis, where she crafts and performs original music. From north of Chicago by Lake Michigan, Lo has lived in a handful of cities over the years, carrying each place, person, and experience into her writing. While working as a nurse practitioner and raising a family, she discovered a soulful connection with writing songs, often in the quiet hours of the night, trying to capture impressions rooted in tenderness, reflection, and the small details of being human. Her first album, With a Long Arc, came out in December 2023 and opened the door to new musical projects in St. Louis. Over the past year, Lo released her second full-length album, Only a Sound, recorded at Sawhorse Studios. Her voice is often shaped by musings, motherhood, places she observes, books she has loved, and people who have left a mark along the way.
Jonah McGuire grew up in Southern Illinois, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Shawnee National Forest. He’s been writing his own blend of folk, Americana, and country since he was young, drawing inspiration from the likes of Adrianne Lenker, Sufjan Stevens, and Jason Isbell. Following in this lineage, his songs are played for warmth and remembrance — and to ask questions of himself and the world around him. His debut album "Birds Can Only Sing" released earlier this Summer, and charts a star period of change in his life.
Amber Skies is a singer-songwriter currently rooted in St. Louis. Her sound blends indie rock, transformative lyricism, and jazzy elements. Evolving from intimate solo performances into a dynamic four-piece, she brings a warm, atmospheric presence to the stage through expressive vocals and rich fingerstyle guitar.
Based in Collinsville, John Krane writes story-driven songs about love, payphones, and secret government weapons. He’s known for his ability to silence a room with a song, along with his bad jokes and static fashion sense. The Riverfront Times described his original songs as “showing an offbeat but charming wit” and “an uncanny knack for turning a scene into a story.” In 2025, John released Dead Set, an acoustic album comprised of 13 of his songs from 2004-present. Dead Set is a “not quite live” album: Recorded in one take, it includes interludes where John discusses the meaning and inspiration of each song, speaking directly to the listener between tracks.
