I am very excited to announce my first sound healing journey of the year entitled, “Songs of Sophia”. The evening will consist of sacred smudging, guided meditation, field clearing, an hour-long (approx) intuitively guided sound healing journey from the womb of Sophia, and finishing the evening with some guided devotional group singing and chanting. There will be warm beverages and snacks available during the break, but please feel welcome to bring snacks to share.
