Join us for a sacred song circle honoring love and loss. Grief shows up in our lives in so many different ways.
The Heartsong Shala itself was born during a time of intense grief.
We’ll be practicing some somatic vocal toning and learning and singing a few beautiful songs of love, grief, and resilience. Join us in ritual, song, harmony, and connection.
