Songs in the Sanctuary - An Evening of Original Music

Join original bands Grackle and Sad Black Lab for an evening of original music in Old Louisville. The Time Slip Theatre crew has been hard at work over the last year converting an old church into a lovely and intimate performance theatre. Outstanding acoustics, beautiful vaulted ceilings, soft light through stained glass, and timeless architecture create the perfect setting for an evening of original music. Grackle has been performing since 2015, and is currently a 7-piece ensemble with 3 albums released over the past decade. Sad Black Lab is a mesmerizing quartet that delivers a unique style of alternative-folk-acoustic music with emotive vocals and top shelf musical interplay. Both bands occupy a unique space in the Kentucky original music scene and are thrilled join forces to present their music together in one evening.
This is a ticketed event. The first 50 ticket buyers will receive VIP seating (closest to the stage in the center).
The event is family friendly. Doors open at 6:30, show begins sharply at 7:30 and ends by 10PM.
