The program includes folk song arrangements, Regency-era popular songs, and excerpts from the most popular opera and theater music of the era. The composers include famous names like Mozart and Beethoven, as well as Friedrich von Flotow, Stephen Storace (a forerunner of Gilbert and Sullivan in English operetta), and 18th century celebrities like Georgiana Cavendish, Duchess of Devonshire.
