Join us intimate evening of medicine music, bhajans and heartfelt connection raising funds for Amberwood Animals, taking place at The Sanctuary &Soul, Shoreditch.
All profits from this event will go directly toward the running and care of the Amberwood Animal Sanctuary and its animal residents - many of whom have been saved from slaughter, neglect or the industrial farming system.
This special gathering will feature live performances from Amberwood Animals founder Mark Wakeling, alongside Nicola Lionello, Sonia Ter Hovanessian and Bruno Colucci, all generously offering their time and musical gifts in support of the sanctuary and its animals.
All artists are generously offering their time and talents in support of the animals.
Expect a beautiful and nurturing evening of music, presence and community. A space to soften. To reconnect. To sit together in kindness and compassion through song.
While the funds raised will directly support the sanctuary, the intention behind this evening reaches beyond fundraising alone.
In a world that can often feel fast, divided and violent, this gathering is an opportunity to come together in celebration of gentleness, awareness, compassion and the shared desire for a peaceful and safe life for all beings.
About Amberwood Animals
Amberwood Animals is a registered UK charity sanctuary founded in 2021 by Mark Wakeling.
Located on part of a former beef farm in Oxfordshire, the sanctuary provides refuge for animals commonly regarded as farmed animals, offering them lives free from slaughter and exploitation.
Current residents include:
- 36 sheep
- 5 pigs
- 7 cows
Amberwood Animals is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care so every resident can live a long, healthy and peaceful life.
The sanctuary is also committed to creating a space for education, connection and healing through compassionate care and service to the animals.
