A unique song-writing Music Psychotherapy group focusing on self concept, self-esteem and motivation. Facilitated by Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified Music Therapist, participants will share their stories, workshop their own songs, analyze lyrics as a group, and record a final product. *new, this program may be covered by insurance under Psychotherapy*
