Join musician and song-writer Melissa Bradd for an early evening of (mostly) original songs accompanied on piano, shruti box, ukulele and guitar. A selection of tantalising tea will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own or choose from the tea available in the centre for a small donation.
Sunday evenings can sometimes feel a bit 'in-between' for many; a lingering horizon before Monday arrives. This is a space for you to sit back, relax, ponder and listen to ambient-folk songs as well as some solo piano music.
Beginning at 6pm to brew our tea we close the evening at 7.30pm to allow space for you to unravel with time to prepare for the following day; to catch buses without the hurry, and to step into the remainder of Sunday with a feeling of being grounding, connected and hopefully with a happy heart!
Some songs shared on the evening will include Sweet Sailor, Brief Encounter, With You, By the River; and newer songs Goodbye, Highland Longing and The World Keeps On Turning.
