Come gather with us in community to open the heart through the gentle medicine of cacao and the shared voice of song.

We'll begin by sharing a warm cup of delicios cacao. Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that has been used for centuries to soften the heart, quiet the mind, and awaken feelings of love, connection and gratitude. As the cacao settles in, we'll come together in circle to sing simple, easy-to-learn songs. No musical experience needed, just a willingness to open your heart and be present.

This is a space for connection, presence, and community. Whether you come to listen, hum along, or sing at full volume, there's a place for you here. All voices welcome!

What to expect:

• Grounding and intention-setting
• Ceremonial cacao (sourced ethically)
• Simple call-and-response songs and chants
• Time for reflection and connection with others

About Lucy:

Lucy is a Peruvian-born and raised Sound Practitioner and Ceremony Facilitator, and Founder of Blucy Sound and Wellness.

For almost 10 years, Lucy has been walking the path of sound, movement, and ancestral medicine, learning alongside those who hold these traditions and continuing to grow in her own practice.

With deep reverence for vibration and living tradition, she offers what she has learned so far, weaving sound, song, and ceremony into gentle journeys of rest, release, and remembrance. She invites people to ground into their bodies, open their hearts, and reconnect with the wisdom and healing that has always lived within them.

About Candace:

Candace, founder of Rooted In Source, has traveled the world, living among many different cultures and traditions.

From being a student of yoga, somatic therapy, breathwork, astrology, plant medicine, and other spiritual studies, she learned from each of these paths. Yet what ultimately transformed her life was connecting to the all-encompassing, loving force that holds our existence: God, Creator, Source, The Universe, Great Mystery….

Her music has become a medium for this, where a song no longer feels like a performance, but a celebration and an act of devotion to this Loving Creation.
