Song & Poetry Open Mic is back for another night of amazing performances! This month we are featuring musician Karis Koris and poet Lou Redmond.
ArtCity is an all-ages venue, but open mic performances may include adult themes and language.
~~Featured Artists:
Musican: Masquerading throughout a few musical corners of the PNW, Karis Koris bridges the gap between two worlds as a living, moving performance of musical storytelling in European Pierrot style. Recognized for their haunting vocalizations and reverberating harmonium accompaniments, Karis’ work chronicles life with a dissociative disorder. Poet: Lou Redmond is a transformational coach, author, and meditation guide. He teaches on the popular meditation app, Insight Timer, where his practices have been streamed over 2 million times. He is also the founder of One Mindful Education where he's brought mindfulness education to schools across the country. His book Find Your Truth helps people let go of unserving patterns, make radical life changes, and live a life of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.

160 E Broadway, ArtCity Studios, in the basement of J Michaels Books in downtown Eugene (enter the building and walk past the bookstore to the end of the hall down the stairs).
