Kick off the month of February by spending an hour and fifteen minutes of dedicated YOU time setting up your February Silk + Sonder journal!

About the Event

Join one of our coaches as they guide you and your Sonder Fam through February’s  theme of Admiration. Reflect on last month’s achievements and set up your trackers for the new month ahead. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, motivated, and ready to make the most of the fresh start!

What pages will we do together?

What pages you’ll fill in: 

• Reflections from January (page 8) - Reflect on and celebrate your achievements (no matter how big or small!) from last month.
• Intentions for February (page 9) - Each month presents a new opportunity to reset and refocus. Let’s set our intentions together. 
• Mood tracker (page 10) - Track your moods throughout the month to identify patterns and gain insights
• Habit tracker (page 11) - Create actionable habits based on your intentions to reach your goals. 
• Beyond the journal activities - Exclusively centered around this month’s theme only available at this event 

What should you bring?

• A pen or markers 
• Your Silk + Sonder Stickers 
• Your Silk + Sonder journal-meets-planner
• Your favorite beverage 

Cameras will be turned off for this event with the chat open for sharing with fellow Sonder Fam members!
