Introduction to Wine kicks off Willow's first tasting and lecture series, led by sommelier Jay Yoon. He'll explain how history shaped the wine map, why winemakers prize certain grapes from certain places, and how to taste with intention. Four regions, four glasses, and one evening to learn how wine works.
