Join Texas Ale Project for Somethin' Bacon. This unique event will showcase local culinary enthusiasts as they prepare their best bacon dish to win your vote and a chance to compete in the World Food Championship coming to Dallas in November.

$50 competitor entry fee. This entry fee allows you to compete for the following:

• Judge's Choice - Each competitor may provide (5) prepared plates to present to judges. Judge's choice will win entry into the Bacon Competition at the World Food Championship, a $100 Cash Prize, Tasting party for 4 at Texas Ale Project with souvenir glass and a TAP Hat.
• People's Choice* - Each competitor may also provide (100) sample size portions for guests. Guests will vote on their favorite bacon dish to win People's Choice! People's Choice will win Tasting party for 4 at Texas Ale Project with souvenir glass, (1) case of beer and a TAP Hat.
• Best Booth - Decorate your booth to win the people's choice best booth vote! Winner will win a Tasting party for 4 at Texas Ale Project with souvenir glass and a TAP Hat.
• Texas Ale Project will provide (1) 6' Table, (100) Disposable 1lb Food Trays, Forks and Cocktail Napkins.

*People's Choice winner will be eligible for the World Food Championship in the event the Judge's Choice winner is not able to participate.
