SomerSkye Healing May Breath Bath (Breathwork + Sound Bath)

Join us on our next inner journey! We are back in Chinatown for our May Breath Bath!

With Summer Just around the corner, things are starting to warm up. It’s a good time to think of where your are putting your energy. Is it toward what’s meaningful? Can we collectively slough off what is no longer serving us to make room and energy for what truly matters? In this sacred space of self-discovery we can refocus our compasses together!

What to Expect:

Our evening will start with about 15 minutes of breathwork, allowing for a release of tension before immersing into a realm of healing sounds to begin to unwind. Skye's beautiful, calming voice along with the resonance of quartz bowls, and other sounds, will envelop you into a deep relaxation, while Somer's soulful cello transcends the ordinary. Prepare to melt into a unique, soul-stirring experience leaving you feeling transformed.

Admission: Suggested donation of $35

Attire: Dress comfortably and warmly for your utmost relaxation

What to Bring: A Yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a pillow, a hydrating water bottle, an open mind and anything else to enhance your experience

Parking and transportation: There is ample street parking, especially on the street behind the space, or it’s also conveniently located near the metro
