?WHAT IS THE SOMERSET SMOKE SHOW?The Somerset Smoke Show is a GRILLOFF Competition and a day of live BBQ Shop Classes and BBQ tastings by Award Winning Pitmasters! Brought to you by ProTrade BBQ Supply & Hardware and Baney's Bangin BBQ.
?WHERE IS GRILLOFF COMPETITON?
The grilloff competition will be featured at The City of Somerset's annual FOODSTOCK FESTIVAL in our beautiful downtown Somerset on April 29, 2023! While the grilloff competion is taking place, there will be live BBQ Shop Classes being taught by Award Winning Pitmasters and BBQ Professionals! The BBQ classes and BBQ Tastings are FREE!!!
?GRILLOFF COMPETITION ?
The competitoin will consist of 12 contestants who will compete against one another to win the title of GRILL MASTER!
?The KICKER?
Only 12 total contestant spots are available! This means there are:
*4 Spots on a Traeger Grill
*4 Spots on a Big Green Egg
*4 Spots on a Weber Grill.
?WILL THERE BE AWARDS?
YES! Four awards will be given out. See www.protradehardware.com for more information on awards and prize packages!
⚠️HOW TO ENTER⚠️
First come first serve, registration begins January 15, 2023!

?A FEW DETAILS?
The contestants will be provided a tent, table, grill, some supplies and 2 racks of ribs. Contestants will show up and cook the RIBS on site. That's right! Just register and show up! No need to haul anything downtown except the rubs, sauces, knives, or anything you will use to prepare the ribs. Contestants will submit their ribs at the designated turn in time for judging. Shortly after there will be live judging and an awards ceremony!

?????LIVE BBQ SHOP CLASSES?????
Throughout the day of the festival we will have FREE BBQ Shop Classes taught by Award Winning Pitmasters, Traeger Pro's and other BBQ professionals from Weber and Big Green Egg! Special guests will be announced later as well as a BBQ shop class schedule coming soon!!! STAY TUNED!!!
?This is going to be an EPIC day of celebtrating foodtrucks, BBQ, grilling, art, music and fellowship all in our beautiful downtown Somerset! Come out and watch compeitiors battle one another, attend a free BBQ shop class or two, taste some awesome BBQ, eat at your favorite foodtruck and listen to some great music! You don't want to miss this one!
