“Iranians: Stories Beyond the Headlines” is an opportunity to come together and better understand the lived experiences, history, and realities that often go unseen beyond the news.
At its heart, this event is about people — their stories, their experiences, and building understanding together.
Local elected officials and community leaders are expected to be in attendance.
What to expect:
• A short talk providing context and background
• Personal stories and perspectives
• Live traditional Persian music
• Open Q&A and discussion
• Persian tea, coffee, sweets and light food
