Join Angelic & Ashley for a Somatic's and Sound, FULL MOON CANDLE LIGHT EDITION at Momentum Yoga. This class will include a complimentary tasting of Ashley's personal, "Full Moon Tea" from her line "Rooted in Herbs".
This gentle practice will be focused on somatic techniques to enhance our body awareness, regulate our nervous system and connect us to a deeper state of presence. Come explore gentle yogic stretches, breath work practices, and self-soothing skills.
Your experience will be enhanced with a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, drums and tuning forks. This class is for all body sizes and focused on relaxation techniques that can be adapted and adjusted as needed. No previous yoga experience is needed. Feel free to bring your favorite pillows or blankets for comfort items.
