A slow & spacious day of embodied movement & sound bath relaxation.You are invited to a day of somatic enquiry and sound healing with Callie and Sharon.
Somatic Enquiry with Callie 10am to 12:30pm
You will enjoy a spacious couple of hours of somatic enquiry with Callie as she leads you through movements that help you explore the landscape of your body. Deeply relaxing and re-balancing for the whole self, this movement lesson will benefit just about anyone who is needing a reprieve from the busy flow of life.
Lunch 12:30pm to 1:45pm
Please bring your own lunch to enjoy. This is a nice opportunity to connect with others and share a casual interaction with the other members of the group.
Sound Bath Relaxation with Sharon 1:45pm to 2:45pm
Sharon will invite you to get comfortable either lying down or sitting (chairs can be provided), to listen to and bathe in the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments including planetary gongs, tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, crystal triangles , chime’s, shamanic drums, ocean drums and much more.
The sound frequencies help slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body’s system of self-healing. You will leave feeling relaxed.
