Join Sue Nesler and Savitri Atma Kaur for this weekend-long intensive workshop on Somatics and Sound.
You will learn the history of both sound and somatics, the use of sound as a somatic healing practice, the neurological basics of why each are effective, how to incorporate both into a yoga class, and trauma-informed considerations for the use of both.
Each day, participants will meet from 8:30am-5pm with an hour lunch break.
Participants must have a 200 hour YTT or higher
$175 gets you 16 hours of Continuing Education Units through Yoga Alliance
$250 gets you a 30 Hour Somatics and Sound Certification through Yoga East Healing Arts Studio
