Fall is a great time to focus on your health and wellness! Cara is back at OMSJ on Tuesday evenings at 6:15 for our Somatic Yoga.
Somatic Yoga Class will focus on releasing the lingering, energies of spring creating space for the flowing energies of fall.Through slow, gentle movements and moments of pause, this practice will provide the space to support the movement of energy down, and in, strengthening your relationship between body and mind to experience a deep meditative state.
Finishing class with a reiki supported savasana offers time for your body to rest while receiving healing light energy in support of your practice and intention.
