In this healing class, we will move together through a gentle, all abilities somatic yoga flow that incorporates several different healing movements and tools, taking time to pause, reflect, and journal to connect even more deeply with our internal experience. After we ground with our movement practice, we will connect in community with some guided reflections based on self compassion and acceptance. Open to all genders and abilities.
