In this session, we combine somatic movements with hatha yoga postures to connect inward and release tension.
This class is suitable whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice.
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket or towel.
Suggested amount is $20 but if you would appreciate a sliding scale due to financial restraints I am pleased to work within your means to support your practice.
