A Myofascial Release & Somatic Yin -Embodied Healing
Please join Casey Bryan for a unique workshop incorporating a somatic yin practice coupled with lacrosse ball rolling. She’ll guide you in real time through the sensational waves of emotion. Tapping in and learning to ride these waves can be integral in the forever healing process.
Be guided through gentle micro movements to register the autonomic nervous system shifts and begin loosening and unlocking congested trauma. Layer in long holds of your traditional yin poses to further the un-plugging in the body. And top it off with targeted lacrosse ball rolling for the ultimate deepest release possible.
