About this Event
Somatic Voicework is a tender, gentle experience to meet yourself intimately through your voice. Voicework can feel daunting, so in our safely held container, we explore different layers of ourselves through sounding, toning, and vocalising.
The intention of this series is to support you to learn new ways to love yourself, feel empowered and develop a deeper intimacy with yourself.
The cherry on top: meeting new soul friends and feeling connected and held in community!
Come and join us, we will learn, explore, unlearn together through depth and lightness.
Whether you're brand new to this, looking for something new to try out, or you've been to several voice activation sessions, all of you are welcome here.
