Hi everyoneA call to let you know our next 6 session Somatic unwinding journey is about to start in Devonport on the 3rd July

week 1: meeting parts of you ... meeting me / finding safety
week 2: Yes - No / Boundaries - flow
week 3: Learning to Embrace all of you ... (safe ways to tap into, meet and allow expression for what needs to come through)
week 4: subtle emergence / learn deep listening
week 5: following inner callings ... unwinding from the inside
week 6: Meet and Expand into Stillness
there are 2 options to join the course on Wednesdays
2pm to 3.30pm
or
5.25pm to 7pm.
the cost is $200 for the 6 weeks
bookings are essential as places are limited

Journal and pens
Blanket and pillow
