1hr Restorative Practice for mind, body and spirit, which supports nervous system regulation and can generate a profound sense of restorative relaxation, every 2nd and 4th Thursday.
Somatic movements use mostly floor based low-impact natural movements with embodied awareness, to regulate the nervous system and bring about states of healing and deep rest.
Suitable for all, Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets provided.
