Hello all!
I am excited to announce the very first Somatic Sunday resurgence after the passing of our dear friend Awno. Our community has been hit hard by his absence, and we are in need of dance now more than ever! The plan is to keep things similar to how they were before. We want to provide a safe and accepting space for people to connect with their bodies, their feelings, and the people around them. It truly takes a village, especially during these scary times.
There will be water and food provided, potluck style if you have the desire to bring a snack! There will also be a donation bowl if that works best for you.
Everyone is welcome as always, no matter their background. The event is free so bring your aching soul and friend to shake your bootay with!!!
